Furniture Delivery
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
Our professional delivery team will take care of everything:
1. We assemble and inspect your new furniture.
2. We place all your new furniture in the room of choice.
3. We clean up and remove all packing materials.
After your delivery, any damages must be reported within ONE day after receiving your delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY:
1. We will contact you the day before your delivery to provide you with a 4 hour time window.
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROMISE ANY EXACT TIME. ALL DELIVERIES ARE ROUTED BY AREAS.
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION.
2. COD Payments due, need to be paid at the time of delivery in cash or cashiers check or in store before furniture is delivered.
3. Please notify us of any special delivery constraints such as HOA rules, security entrance codes, multiple flights of stairs, elevators, parking challenges and narrow or steep hall-ways or driveways.
4. A responsible person age 18+ must be present to accept your delivery.
5. Rooms must be cleared in preparation to receive your furniture
6. Our insurance does not permit our drivers to move existing furniture or electronic equipment
7. For Health reasons, we are unable to pick up and remove used bedding. Please recycle your bulky items through charitable organizations and thrift stores. CALL: 1 800-773 2489 for city pick up at least a few days before your regular collection day.
8. To reschedule your delivery or make changes please contact the store at 818- 996-0555, 24 hours before delivery to avoid a restocking fee.
DAY OF DELIVERY:
We want you to be completely happy with your experience, from purchase to delivery and beyond. Once your delivery is complete, please take a few minutes to inspect your merchandise. Notify the delivery driver if;
1. Any trash or packaging materials have been overlooked.
2. The product is not placed to your satisfaction.
3. You notice any damage or factory defects.
WILL CALLS/PICK UPS
1. Our distribution center is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2. Bring your Pink Copy Sales Contract ( available from the store) with you when you will call your merchandise, and be prepared to show a valid picture ID
3. We will gladly help you load your furniture on your vehicle but are unable to assist with with securing items. Please bring rope or twine with you. Open all boxes to check for damages. We are not responsible for merchandise after it leaves the warehouse, and we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle.
